What goes into our products?
We use only homemade milled wheat flour and sprouted grain flours, everything is eggless, no baking powder and soda in cookies. Premium quality bean to bar chocolate, butter, ghee and cold pressed oils alone are used. Sweeteners are premium quality jaggery powder/naatusarkkarai and palm sugar/panangarkandu.
No artificial flavours or colours.
Breads / buns stay good for 2-3 days if kept outside and for a week if kept in the freezer.
If kept in the freezer, take the necessary slices alone and put them on a hot tawa, smear with Ghee or butter on the top.
Upon toasting, the softness will be retained.
Brownies stay good for a week.
You could also refrigerate and up on refrigeration, they become hard as they are fully made with pure butter and chocolate! You could warm them for some time and the softness will be retained and then you could consume.
You could take the necessary portion(s) alone and keep them out for some time before consuming.
Exotic Cookies stay good for a week.
Warm them to retain the richness.
Cookies if stored properly in an airtight container stay good for 30 days.
Need not be refrigerated.
Keep it safe from ants!
Cakes are to be consumed within a day and they stay good for three days if refrigerated.
Upon storing in the fridge, they become quite hard due to the solidification of the fats added.
Keep the necessary portion(s) alone outside for sometime before consuming and they will become soft upon reaching room temperature.
Celebration cakes / Cup Cakes are to be chilled in the refrigerator, if not cut/consumed immediately. Keep the cake outside atleast for 30-45 mins depending on your climate, so that it becomes quite soft.
Once it reaches room temperature and it will be soft and moist.
Left over cake slices/cupcakes can be kept in an airtight box and put into the refrigerator, this way they stay good for 3 days.
